I think the NFL needs to stop this.
I don’t even know where to start. Everything is very bad. And it’s so embarrassing. And frankly, it’s a slap in the face to the real winners.
These are real rewards, you know. Like… actual NFL awards. It’s the kind of footage that players will watch over and over again throughout their careers and show to their children one day when they grow up.
And we’re treated to a series of scenes where “Mike Verbal” and Druski are trying to say something that isn’t terribly funny but goes on for way too long.
How can you not pronounce the name “Mike Vrabel” correctly? I don’t know anything about Tiffany Haddish but I have to assume she’s stupid. That’s the only explanation. Maybe he should try a few times in the back first. Is it that difficult? Nonsense.
And then the Madden clips. What are we doing here? Why is the NFL mixing Madden clips into its recap video? There are actual summaries available! This was not a COVID season. Matches were not cancelled. We had 17 weeks of real matches to choose from!
